Around the Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi in northern Japan are beautiful white birch forests. The bark of these remarkable trees inspired the white dial of this now iconic "White Birch" reference, part of the Evolution 9 collection and winner of the GPHG Men's Watch of the Year in 2021.
