SBGW291G Heritage Mechanical 36.5 mm
Description
This model is a modern reinterpretation of the original 1967 design of the 44GS. With a diameter of 36.5mm and a thickness of 11.6mm, the medium proportions of this model are reminiscent of the 44GS, but with the full execution of a modern Grand Seiko timepiece. Despite the smaller size, none of the distinctive details of the 44GS have been forgotten, with sharp corners, diamond-cut indexes and hands, and the case hand-polished using Grand Seiko's signature Zaratsu technique.
The smallest 44GS model in the Grand Seiko collection, this timepiece features a silver sunray dial and is paired with a gray crocodile leather strap.
Hand-assembled by the craftsmen of Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi, the 9S64 caliber is a hand-wound mechanical movement with a 72-hour power reserve and an accuracy of -3 to +5 seconds per day. Its slimness offers a comfortable and elegant fit on the wrist.
