Free of charge in France (except DOM-TOM), Italy (except Campione d'Italia, Livigno, the Italian waters of the lake of Lugano), Germany (except Helgoland and Busingen), Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg or Monaco.

DELIVERY TIME OF THE PRODUCTS

The delivery address is limited to one of the following countries: France (excluding DOM-TOM), Italy (excluding Campione d'Italia, Livigno, the Italian waters of Lake Lugano), Germany (excluding Helgoland and Busingen), Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg or Monaco. The delivery of the product takes place within 1 to 4 days from the date of the order.

If the delivery address is on a remote island, delivery may take an extra day.

Delivery may be delayed on public holidays. In addition, please note that in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions and transportation, the delivery time may be extended.

For products involving processing, such as engraving initials, shipment is made after the scheduled processing period.

However, in the event that the products are defective, erroneous, damaged, deteriorated or soiled at the time of delivery, we undertake to replace or return these products. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for any reason other than those listed above after 14 days after purchase, the minimum legal withdrawal period.
